How support works
If you experience a malfunction, contact our WhatsApp support line during office hours (7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). We'll guide you through quick verification steps. If the issue requires intervention, we coordinate a fix or a replacement vehicle directly to your location. Email is not used for emergency support — WhatsApp is always the fastest channel.
GPS on every cart
All of our golf carts are equipped with GPS for security and faster assistance coordination when needed. If you're unsure where you are, we can locate the cart and dispatch help to the right spot — even on hidden roads or beach access points.
Office hours
7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Costa Rica time). Outside these hours, leave a WhatsApp message and we'll respond first thing in the morning.
