How to start & use your golf cart
Keep this page open next to your cart. Short steps, in order, with photos.
1. Activate your golf cart with your badge and key
- Locate the LED light on the dashboard.
- Pass your card in front of the light.
- If accepted, you'll hear a long beep.
- Insert the key into the ignition.
- Turn the key to the ON position.

2. Blinkers and lights
The controls are on the bar behind the steering wheel.
Important: Blinkers do not auto-return. Move them back to the middle after turning.

3. Brake types and parking brake
Depending on your golf cart, you may have one of these brake types:

1. Mechanical with clamp parking brake: use the same clamp mechanism to release the parking brake.

2. Mechanical with safety mechanism: simply push the accelerator to release the parking brake.

3. Electric brakes: they lock automatically when the flow of electricity stops, serving as a parking brake.
4. Electric golf carts
- Most carts come with a single charging cable; some have a 2-part cable. Ask our team if yours is 2-part.
- Use proper EV charging outlets.
- The gauge shows battery voltage, not the charge level.
- Keep your cart charged.
5. Gas golf carts
A $6/day fuel fee is added at checkout. Your cart is delivered with a full tank. Message us on WhatsApp for a refill.
